Service Development

This section outlines the structured process of my services, from the client’s acquisition of the service to the final delivery of the design, incorporating time planning, development phases, and internal procedures.

Once the order is received, I will send a single confirmation email indicating that the project has been successfully registered and that work will begin. This email will also include a detailed summary of the requirements and specifications provided by the client during the purchase, so the client can review and confirm that the project interpretation is correct before development continues. Once the client validates that the summary is accurate, the delivery period will begin—72 hours for standard service, or 24 hours if the expedited service was selected.

On the agreed delivery date, or earlier, the design concepts will be sent via email in PNG format. From that moment, the client will have a maximum of 48 hours to indicate their choice, either by requesting revisions on any of the concepts or by selecting the final design.

If no decision is communicated within this period, the delivery will be considered final, and the client will only be able to select the final version, which will be sent in high-quality PNG format with a transparent background if it is a logo, with no possibility of further modifications.

If the client wishes to request design revisions, they must clearly and precisely explain the changes or improvements they want. Once the request is received, a summary of the agreed modifications will be sent, and the revisions will be completed within a maximum of 24 hours. The updated design will be sent in PNG format, and the client will have 48 hours to decide whether to request further changes or approve the final design.

If the client approves the design without requesting revisions, the chosen final file will be delivered in high-quality PNG format, with a transparent background if it is a logo.

After the final design is delivered, the client will be asked to complete a brief satisfaction survey and provide feedback on the service received. Once this step is completed, a document will be issued certifying the completion of the project and confirming that the payment has been successfully processed, officially closing the service.

The client must purchase the desired service through the "Services" section. If a service not listed in the menu is needed, the client can contact me directly to arrange it. The project will be managed under the same conditions and work methodology.

Payments are completely secure, ensuring the protection of client data and transactions. Additionally, if the service does not meet the agreed-upon conditions, the full amount will be refunded.
