SERVICE PROCESS AND TERMS

1. Service Hiring
The client must purchase the desired service through the “Services” section of the website.
If a service is not listed, it can be requested via direct contact. In these cases, the project will be governed by the same conditions and methodology outlined in this document.
Work will not begin until payment is received.

2. Order Confirmation
Once the order is placed, the client will receive a single confirmation email indicating:

  • Successful receipt of the project

  • Start of the work process

  • A detailed summary of the requirements and specifications provided

    The client must review and validate the summary before project development begins.

3. Start and Delivery Times
Once the project is validated:

  • 72 hours for standard services

  • 24 hours for expedited services (if selected)

4. Initial Delivery
On the agreed date, design proposals will be sent via email in PNG format.
The client has 48 hours to:

  • Select a final design, or

  • Request revisions on any of the proposals

5. Revisions
If revisions are requested, the client must clearly specify the desired changes.
Upon receiving the request:

  • A summary of the agreed modifications will be sent

  • Revisions will be completed within 24 hours

  • The updated design will be delivered again in PNG format

The number of revisions depends on the service purchased. After each revision, the client has 48 hours to approve the design or request additional changes within the limits of the contracted service.

6. Approval and Final Delivery
If the client does not communicate a decision within the timeframe, the design will be considered approved.
In that case, or upon express approval:

  • The final file will be delivered in high-quality PNG format

  • For logos, a transparent background will be included

  • No further modifications will be accepted

7. Service Completion
After the final design is delivered:

  • The client may be asked to complete a satisfaction survey

  • A document certifying project completion will be issued

  • The service will be officially considered closed

8. Payments and Guarantees
Payment is made via secure methods, ensuring protection of client data and transactions.
Full refunds are only provided in case of clear breach of agreed conditions. No refunds will be given for personal preferences or changes of mind.

9. Right of Withdrawal
The client has 14 calendar days to exercise the right of withdrawal for remote services.
However, once the service has started and work has begun, this right is waived, as the service is personalized.

10. Intellectual Property
All designs remain the property of the service provider until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, usage rights of the final design are transferred to the client, solely for the agreed purposes.
The provider reserves the right to display the work in their portfolio or promotional media, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

11. Liability
The provider is not responsible for:

  • Misuse of the designs by the client

  • Legal infringements arising from content provided by the client

  • Indirect damages or losses resulting from the use of the design

The client is solely responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights to the materials provided.

12. Scope of Application
These terms apply to individual clients (B2C) and companies/professionals (B2B), unless otherwise agreed in writing.

13. Modification of Terms
The provider reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
Changes will not affect services already contracted, which will follow the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
Clients are advised to review this document periodically.
